Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to services purchased from Karen Estefania Zamora Larreategui, trading as The Cozy Reset, ABN 11 691 657 082 ("The Cozy Reset", "I", "me" or "my").
By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you ("Client", "you" or "your") confirm that you have reviewed the services and any optional add-ons selected in your proposal and agree to the terms below.
1. YOUR SELECTED SERVICES
Your project includes only the services, deliverables, and optional add-ons that you select in your proposal.
Your selected proposal, including the description and price of each service or add-on, forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Anything not specifically included in your selected package or add-ons is considered outside the scope of your project.
If you request additional work after booking, I will let you know whether it can be accommodated and provide any additional pricing before completing the work.
2. THE 2-DAY FUNNEL BUILD
The standard 2-Day Funnel Build includes the deliverables outlined in your proposal, including up to 6 custom GoHighLevel funnel pages and the agreed setup, connections, automations, testing, and support associated with your funnel.
Your dedicated Build Days run from:
7:00 AM to 11:00 AM AEST on Day 1
7:00 AM to 11:00 AM AEST on Day 2
You agree to be reasonably available and responsive during both build windows.
You do not need to remain at your computer for the entire build, but you should have your phone or computer nearby in case I need clarification, access, approval, or feedback to keep the project moving.
3. CLIENT PREP + RESPONSIBILITIES
Because this is an accelerated service, everything required for your build must be ready before your scheduled Build Days.
You are responsible for providing the requested materials by the deadline outlined in your Client Hub, including, where applicable:
- Final offer details and pricing
- Final funnel copy
- Branding, fonts, colours, logos and imagery
- Testimonials and other content
- Product and checkout information
- Required email copy
- GoHighLevel access
- Access to any other platforms required for the agreed setup
- Any additional information or assets reasonably required to complete your selected services or add-ons
Your offer should be finalised before the project begins.
If required materials, access, decisions, or approvals are not provided on time, your project may need to be moved to my next available dates and the original completion or launch timeline may be affected.
4. PREP CALL
Your 2-Day Funnel Build includes one 30-minute Prep Call, generally scheduled approximately one week before your Build Days.
We will use this call to review your submitted materials, confirm your funnel structure and requirements, check that I have the access I need, and resolve any outstanding questions before your build begins.
5. REVISIONS
Your package includes a dedicated 4-hour revision window on Day 2, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM AEST.
You may submit unlimited reasonable, in-scope feedback during this window.
"Unlimited revisions" means that you may submit multiple in-scope requests during your allocated revision time. It does not mean unlimited working hours or an extension of the revision period.
Minor changes such as colours, spacing, supplied text, imagery, typography, buttons, and layout refinements will generally be considered in scope.
New pages, major redesigns, a new creative direction, new offers, additional automations, additional integrations, substantial copy changes, or functionality that was not originally agreed may be considered additional work.
Design revisions close at the end of your Day 2 revision window.
6. FOLLOW-UP SUPPORT
Your 2-Day Funnel Build includes 14 calendar days of follow-up technical support beginning when your completed funnel is handed over.
This support covers issues directly relating to the original work completed for you, including bugs, broken links, small technical corrections, questions about your setup, and help understanding the handoff.
The 14-day support period does not include new design revisions, new pages, new automations, new functionality, new offers, or additional project work.
If something new is requested, I can let you know whether it can be completed as additional paid work.
7. OPTIONAL ADD-ONS
Optional add-ons are not automatically included in your 2-Day Funnel Build.
An add-on becomes part of your project only when you actively select it in your proposal.
Each add-on is limited to the deliverables stated in its description at the time of purchase.
For example, where you select the Comment-to-Message Automation Add-On, the service includes setup of up to 2 comment-to-message automations through either ManyChat or GoHighLevel, including the agreed triggers, DM flows, connections, testing, and copywriting where needed for those automations.
Requests beyond the stated quantity or scope of an add-on may require an additional quote.
If an add-on requires access, content, account permissions, approvals, or information from you, you are responsible for providing those items by the requested deadline.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, selecting an add-on does not automatically extend your scheduled Build Days or revision period.
8. COPYWRITING
Full sales funnel copywriting is not included in the standard 2-Day Funnel Build unless specifically stated in your selected proposal.
You are responsible for supplying final funnel copy before your project begins.
Minor wording adjustments may be made where reasonably necessary for layout, clarity, functionality, buttons, labels, or user experience.
Where an optional add-on specifically states that copywriting is included, I may write the copy reasonably required to complete that selected add-on.
Copywriting included with one add-on does not extend to unrelated pages, emails, campaigns, offers, or other deliverables.
9. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS + COSTS
You are responsible for maintaining any third-party accounts, subscriptions, licences, or services required for your project.
These may include GoHighLevel, ManyChat, payment processors, domains, email or SMS services, automation platforms, premium fonts, stock assets, or other software.
Unless specifically stated in your proposal, third-party subscription or usage fees are not included in my project price.
I am not responsible for outages, changes, restrictions, pricing changes, discontinued features, bugs, or other issues caused by third-party platforms outside my control.
10. PAYMENT
The standard 2-Day Funnel Build is $2,700 AUD, payable in 3 monthly instalments of $900 AUD.
The first payment is due when booking. The following two payments are due one month and two months after the initial payment respectively.
Any selected add-ons will be added to your project total at the price displayed and accepted in your proposal.
If a payment becomes overdue, project work, handoff, future Build Days, or support may be paused until the outstanding payment has been resolved.
You are responsible for any currency conversion or international transaction fees charged separately by your bank, card provider, or payment provider.
11. RESCHEDULING
If you need to reschedule your Build Days, please provide as much notice as possible.
Requests made at least 14 calendar days before your scheduled Build Days may be moved to another available date without a rescheduling charge.
Late rescheduling requests, or rescheduling required because your project materials were not ready by the agreed deadline, are subject to my availability and may involve an additional reasonable rescheduling cost where applicable.
Any such additional cost will be communicated to you before the new dates are confirmed.
12. CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel your project, please notify me in writing as soon as possible.
You remain responsible for amounts reasonably attributable to services already performed, work already completed, and losses reasonably incurred because project time was specifically reserved for you.
Any refund or remaining amount payable will be determined based on the work completed, the circumstances of the cancellation, these Terms & Conditions, and any rights that apply under law.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You confirm that you own or have permission to use any copy, images, branding, testimonials, fonts, videos, graphics, and other materials you provide for your project.
Once your project has been paid in full, you may use the final custom deliverables created specifically for your business.
The Cozy Reset retains ownership of its pre-existing templates, processes, methods, systems, training resources, guides, checklists, frameworks, know-how, and reusable materials.
Third-party materials remain subject to the rights and licence terms of their respective owners.
14. PORTFOLIO USE
Once your funnel or project has been publicly launched, I may feature reasonable portions of the completed work in The Cozy Reset's portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials.
I will not intentionally publish confidential business information, customer data, passwords, private analytics, or other sensitive information.
If your project has specific confidentiality requirements, please let me know before the project begins.
15. RESULTS
I will perform your selected services with reasonable care and skill.
However, no specific sales, revenue, conversion rate, leads, traffic, launch performance, or other commercial result is guaranteed.
Your results depend on factors beyond the funnel build itself, including your offer, pricing, copy, audience, traffic, marketing, sales strategy, demand, and customer behaviour.
16. LIMITATION OF SCOPE
The Cozy Reset is responsible for the services and deliverables specifically included in your selected proposal.
I am not responsible for unrelated areas of your GoHighLevel, ManyChat, website, business systems, or third-party accounts simply because I have been provided access to them.
Changes made to my completed work by you or another provider after handoff may affect functionality and are not automatically covered by follow-up support.
17. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both you and The Cozy Reset agree to keep confidential information obtained through the project reasonably confidential and to use it only as necessary for the agreed services.
This includes login details, private business information, customer information, unreleased offers, internal processes, financial information, and proprietary materials.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia and applicable Commonwealth laws of Australia.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any right, guarantee, remedy, or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or modified.
19. ACCEPTANCE
By checking the acceptance box and submitting your proposal or form, you confirm that:
You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions, you agree to be bound by them, and you understand that the services and optional add-ons you selected in your proposal form part of your agreement with The Cozy Reset.
You also confirm that you have had the opportunity to ask any questions before accepting these Terms & Conditions.
